UHU-PLUS SOFORTFEST GLUE

Product specification:

• Two-component epoxy adhesive for rapid bonding on small areas.
• Mixing ratio binder: hardener: volume 1: 1
• Working time (pot life) up to 2 minute; Strong bond after 5 minutes
• The final bond strength of 800 N / cm ².
• The bonding dries transparent, is impact- and age-resistant, as well as with regard to moisture.
• content: 35 g

Material:

• Metals, glass, porcelain, ceramic, wood, marble, stone, concrete, Duroplast, glass-reinforced thermosetting plastics, rigid PVC, rubber, foam plastics such as Styrofoam ®.
• Not suitable for gluing large glass surfaces.

Handling:

• Adhesive surfaces must be dry, free of dust and grease.
• Roughen up smooth surfaces
• Binder and hardener to be mixed in a 1:1 ratio (equal to long strands mix).
• Adhesive to be put only on one side; both sides only with rough materials.
• Parts to be fit together without pressing.

Potlife:

• depending on the quantity as well as on the surrounding temperature.
• at room temperature, an amount of 3 - 5 g of the mixture may be processed within two minutes.

Hardening:

• At room temperature, the final strength is reached after a maximum of five minutes.
• Final strength about 800 N / cm ².
• Higher temperature accelerates the bonding process.
