Polishing drum - Complete Starter Set

Delivery includes:

• Polishing drum 5654S
  This drum machine with two drums was developed for small and medium businesses, jewelers, for the metal industry and research institutes. The drive is about 2 support shafts with ball bearings. The device is small and portable (L40xW15xH8.5 cm, 230 V, 50 Hz., 0,045 kW), takes up little space and is equipped with rubber drums (Ø11.5 x 12 cm). Total weight ca. 4 kg.

• Polishing balls mixture 5665, Stainless steel
  Special mixture of balls, pins and pointed balls in correct ratio.. Not residant against acids! Content: 1.5 kg (enough for 1 Drum)

• Polishing agent 5668, liquid
  Valuable steel balls are not affected, but remain longer clean and clear. Application: 1 cap to 1 litre of water. Content: 1 litre

• Ceramic stones, triangular 5667, 6x6 mm
  For grinding and burring. Used as a basis for pumice powders a.s.o.. You need approx. 0,5 kg for one drum. Content: 1 kg

• Pumice Stone Powder 6075/3/0
  For grinding, deburring, etc.. Grain: 0-150 microns. Content: 1 kg

• Brightening agent 5669AH, liquid
  After grinding, cleaning of the metal surface (brightening) is required when the metal parts to be treated further or galvanically polished drum. Application: 20 - 30 ml to 1 liter of water. Content: 1 liter
