Application Areas:

• Metal working industry, machine construction, automotive industry, electronic industry, hardening plants a.o.
• Final and intermediate cleaning in immersion processing, with and without ultrasonics
• Removal of cooling lubricants, punch and drawing agents, lap and honing residues as well as polishing paste and grinding soil
• Cleaning of parts made of stainless steel, steel, copper, aluminium and zinc alloys after metal working
• Treatment with BONDERITE C-NE 20 generates a hydrophobic film on metal surfaces which accelerates drying when used in the final cleaning stage. Steel surfaces are passivated at the same time.
• Prior to a further surface treatment with aqueous media like i.e. galvanic or phosphating lines, the hydrophobic film must be removed using an alkaline cleaner.
• Coloured metal surfaces are lightened up if using product concentrations >30 g/L

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Preliminary Statement:
Prior to use it is necessary to read the Material Safety Data Sheet for information about precautionary measures and safety recommendations. Also, for chemical products exempt from compulsory labeling, the relevant precautions should always be observed. Please also refer to the local safety instructions and contact Henkel for analytical support.

Bath Make-up:
The product is added to the preheated (40 to 50 °C) water while agitating. A dilution of the concentrate with water at temperatures below 25 °C leads to a strong gel formation. The bath can only be operated when the cleaner has been fully dissolved. If a surface treatment is to follow the cleaning, then a water rinse of the object surface is necessary.

  in ultrasonic cleaner with bath agitation
