Precision in preparation is the most important basic requirement for a perfect result in handicraft work. With the spreading gauge you create exactly this prerequisite. The graduation in individual millimeter steps from 5-59 mm allows you to cleanly trace every edge in this range and mark the corresponding areas perfectly. The marking gauge is made of durable, lightweight, sturdy and rustproof aluminum and has Ø 1 mm holes for marking with a mechanical pencil or very fine drawing needle (e.g. No. 5238). The marking gauge is easy to use and therefore ideal for the professional as well as for the hobby craftsman and hobbyist.
Instruction manual:

• Place the moulding rule on the edge of any material.
• Place a fine pencil or fine drawing needle in the desired hole
• To draw or scribe exact lines, simply move the marking gauge along the edge of the material.
• The marking gauge can also be used to precisely mark drill holes on the workpiece
