Mini Pickle - Pickling Unit (Acid Bath)

Process units for the safe indirect heating of acids.

Perfect where small amounts of jewellery are pickled at one time. Thermostatically controlled small economical heater. To be used with safety pickle.

Instructions:

• Wear protective clothing and eye glasses
• Pour a pickle solutions of 400ml using 10% Sulphuric Acid or Safety Pickle into inner container.
• Connect to power supply
• Wait till unit reach operational temperature (approx. 20 min.).
• Keep the lid on to reduce evaporation.
• Do not use concentrated acids or allow the level to fall below half full.
