Unterm Strich heißt das: Sie nutzen modernste Technologie und Ausstattung, verbessern gleichzeitig Ihre Bonität, Ihre Bilanzkennzahlen, und damit das Rating Ihres Unternehmens. Durch diese besondere Form des Leasings zahlen Sie nach Ablauf der Leasinglaufzeit lediglich den vorher bereits im Vertrag fest vereinbarten Restwert (=Schlussrate), wodurch das Eigentum dann automatisch auf Sie übergeht.

Freigabe und Annahme des Leasing-Antrags durch die Grenke AG

Ablauf:

Nach Erhalt Ihrer Anfrage leiten wir Ihre Anfrage inklusive Ihrer Adressdaten zur Überprüfung an die Grenke AG weiter.
Die Grenke AG erstellt ein verbindliches Leasingangebot. Sollten hierfür noch weitere Unterlagen notwendig sein, dann werden wir diese von Ihnen anfordern.
Nach Annahme durch die Grenke AG senden wir Ihnen den Leasing-Vertrag via eContract digital zur Prüfung und digitalen Signierung zu.
Sobald Sie den digitalen Vertrag vollständig ausgefüllt und signiert haben, erhalten wir automatisch eine entsprechende Mitteilung und können die Bearbeitung der Bestellung und den Versand der Ware veranlassen.
Nach Erhalt unserer Lieferung müssen Sie nur noch die digitale Übernahmebestätigung signieren.
Wir stellen unsere Rechnung direkt an die Grenke AG und erhalten auch von dort die Bezahlung unserer Forderung.
Die Leasingraten werden von der Grenke AG per SEPA-Lastschrift von Ihrem Bankkonto eingezogen.
Am Ende der Laufzeit bezahlen Sie den bereits vertraglich fest vereinbarten Restwert und werden automatisch Eigentümer der Leasingobjekte.

Wichtiger Hinweis für junge Unternehmen (<1 Jahr)
Sollte Ihre Unternehmensgründung/Anmeldung noch unter 1 Jahr zurückliegen, dann wird der Leasinggeber Grenke AG noch weitere Unterlagen für die notwendige Bonitätsprüfung anfordern. Eine Leasingzusage erfolgt dann eventuell nur gegen Abgabe einer entsprechenden Bankbürgschaft.

Wichtiger Hinweis zum Versicherungsschutz:
Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Leasing-Objekte während der Laufzeit des Leasingvertrags über eine Sach- und Inhaltsversicherung versichert werden müssen. In der Regel verfügen die meisten Gewerbebetriebe bereits über eine solche Versicherung. Sollten Sie keine eigene Versicherung nachweisen können, dann erfolgt die Versicherung automatisch über Grenke-Protect. Sie erhalten dann eine jährliche Berechnung der Versicherungsgebühren, die Sie gesondert an den Leasinggeber bezahlen müssen. Sollten Sie während der Vertragslaufzeit doch noch eine eigene Versicherung abschließen, dann können Sie dies jederzeit an die Grenke AG melden und den Versicherungsschutz über Grenke-Protect beenden.

Hinweis:
Die Leasing-Konditionen sind freibleibend und werden erst durch die Annahme der Grenke AG verbindlich bestätigt. Die Versand-/ Nebenkosten werden in die Leasingraten eingerechnet.
