Safety recommendations for Rotary Tools

Notes on occupational safety when using rotating tools:

• For your own safety, always adhere to the specified purposes and conditions of use (maximum speed, suitable material, etc.).
• Wear protective equipment (safety goggles, gloves, etc.).
• Use suction.
• Always clamp shank tools as deeply as possible.
• Bring the rotating tool up to working speed before use.
• Avoid excessive pressure forces as these can lead to high heat generation and damage to the tool and work objects.
• Avoid tilting or levering to minimize the risk of breakage.
• Do not continue to use blunt or damaged tools and replace them immediately.
• Check collets, drill chucks, etc. regularly to ensure they are working properly and replace if necessary.
