Product specification

• Two-component adhesive based on epoxy resin for high loads.
• Mixing ratio binder: hardener

• Bonding is impact resistant and resistant to aging and exposure to moisture.

Material

• Metals, glass, porcelain, ceramic, wood, marble, stone, concrete, glass reinforced thermosetting plastics, rigid PVC, rubber, foam plastics such as Styrofoam®.
• Not suitable for gluing on large glass surfaces.

Handling

• Adhesive surfaces must be dry, dust-and grease.
• Smooth surfaces roughen.
• Binder and hardener in a 1:1 ratio (equal to long strands mix).
• Adhesive on one side, apply both sides in rough materials.
• Shape fits parts together without pressing.

Pot life

• Depending on Quantity as well as an attached temperature.

• At room temperature and an amount of 3 - 5 g of the mixture can be processed up to 2 hours.

Hardening

• The curing time depends on temperature, with the final strength can be increased by heating it (from 200C).
