Important information and conditions for ordering a voucher

After receipt of your voucher order

we create (if not already existing) a customer account for the beneficiary
we create a personalized voucher for the beneficiary (Sample)
we send the voucher to your e-mail address for self-printing including payment information

After receipt of your payment

we credit the amount to the beneficiary's customer account
we activate the voucher for billing in our system

Redemption of the voucher

To redeem the voucher, simply enter the individual voucher number in the comments field of the order. We check whether the voucher is activated for settlement and issued in the name of the customer. If there is a credit balance, we will offset it against the current order. Any remaining credit can be offset against subsequent orders in the same way.

Please note:

Cash payment is not possible.
We do not issue an invoice for voucher orders, as the voucher amount is credited directly to the beneficiary's customer account after receipt of payment.
The statutory limitation period applies (3 years - beginning at the end of the year of issue).
A transfer of the voucher to another beneficiary is only possible by the beneficiary named in the voucher and only after our written consent. The limitation period is not interrupted by this.
With the purchase of the voucher you declare your agreement with these contract components.
