These machines have proven themselves especially in ring factories for changing the width of seamless wedding rings. Due to its simple handling, it can be easily operated even by laymen. With this system, the required pressure is generated by the back and forth movements of the eccentric lever. When expanding, the ring is placed on the conical expansion mandrel. The lever pressure can thus act on the ring from the inside. When narrowing, the ring is pressed into the matching die hole by the lever pressure. In this process, uniform machining is achieved by rotating the ring several times.
The delivery includes 1 rotating die plate:

• Front Ø 16.6 - 18.2 - 19.8 - 21.4 - 23.0 - 24.6 - 26.2 - 27.8 mm
• Back Ø 17,4 - 19,0 - 20,6 - 22,2 - 23,8 - 25,4 - 27,0 - 28,6 mm
