Instruction:

1. Separating the handpiece from the shaft
2. Unclamp the handpiece with the clamping lever so that the collet opens and protrudes from the front of the housing
3. Insert the Allen key into the hole in the back of the handpiece shaft to block the rotation of the handpiece axis
4. Place the collet wrench on the front of the collet and loosen the collet by turning it counterclockwise and unscrew it completely from the handpiece.
5. The pretension of the new collet must be adjusted by means of the grub screw integrated in the collet. To do this, push the Allen key into the new collet from the front and adjust the grub screw accordingly. The position of the grub screw also determines how far the new collet can be screwed into the handpiece during installation. The position of the grub screw of the removed old collet serves as an initial orientation.
6. To install the new collet, block the handpiece axis again with the Allen key and tighten the new collet in the handpiece by turning it clockwise with the collet key.
7. If the clamping force of the collet chuck is too low or too strong after installation, remove the collet chuck completely again and readjust the position of the grub screw in the collet chuck accordingly using the Allen key.
8. Repeat the process if necessary.
