Argoprotect WS is applied in an immersion process, which creates a transparent, organic protective film that only slightly changes the appearance and good electrical properties (e.g. conductivity, contact resistance) of silver. So-called passivation is generally used to protect silver surfaces from the influence of sulfur compounds (oxidation) during storage, but it is also suitable as tarnish protection for copper, palladium and thin gold layers.

Pretreatment:

• clean, degrease, dry

Application:

• Fill the ready-to-use solution into a plastic (PP or PVC) container
• Temperature: 45-60 ° C
• Exposure time: 5 minutes
